A Ladies' Birthday Wallet
Ryan wanted a special wallet for his wife, Michaela's birthday.
Knowing that she liked natural looking, handcrafted leather pieces, with a rustic look, Ryan asked for Fiona's suggestions as to a hand dyed "brown" shade. Deciding on the Tan with a Black inner and stitching, Ryan requested Michaela's initials be hand embossed to personalise his unique wallet gift.
When preparing the leather, Fiona applied the dye carefully to achieve maximum enhancement of the leather's natural grain and a rustic finish.
On receipt of the wallet, Ryan wrote he loved the quality workmanship, feel of the materials and the colours and finish. He hoped that Michaela would be happy too. Michaela was so pleased she contacted Fiona on Sparrowhawk's Facebook and sent a photo of her new wallet.
